Great support! they were quick to respond and i am happy with the app integration to my website. even shows a slight speed increase in my store speed due to better product indexing.

Update Review: the developer contact back to me and offer the solution to the bug. After trying to find the replacement apps, the similar issue also occurs. 4-stars for resolution at the end.

There is a bug in the search box for the one using mobile devices. It has been 4 days and there is no resolution yet. If your customers mostly access your site via mobile devices keep away from this app. Uninstall mine now.

First day on it but it seems to be working very well. I already used support a few times and they are quick and helpful. I had my doubts at first...but im impressed so far!

Seems to be a nice app. Support very responsive as well. The only thing I wish is that it was easier to control the upsell and cross sell items shown. You can set it manually or have it algorithm-based. But I haven't yet found a way to easily set different complimentary products for each main product (like butter with bread).

If you use the auto feature, they say it uses data from sales in the past 60 days which seems to work well, but for new products or products that don't sell often (maybe you are like us where we sell a lot to distributors and not a ton directly on the site), 60 days isn't a long time. I would pay for pro in a heartbeat if it meant more customization over upsell and crosssell.

I just recently came across Smart Search & Instant Search. There aren't enough words to describe this search app (pun intended).. It is absolutely spectacular and worth every cent. Just beside myself amazed at the ease of use and the customer support response time is uncanny!! Definitely a must have for any store! The results are astounding. Believe it or not I have found products I didn't even know we sell. YES IT'S THAT GOOD! No joke! Take it for a spin and try it out, you will realize almost instantly that this app is going to be an indispensible money maker for your store. The analytics are also spectacular!! Thank you Alexey for your help in getting it installed!

I'm not sure why only one product shows up as available for every product, have emailed videos to get help, but no one has actually looked into the issue or helped me figure it out so it is usable

Communication is slow. Can only talk to them through email. Strange settings that I cannot figure out how can my products characters being connected with their filter options. Don't know where to change the layout style of my collection pages. Service is very unintelligent and couldn't understand my breif questions at all. Not helpful even before my trial is ended, decide to remove the app after all. Very bad experience, and it is true that cheap prices don't have good qualities.
