Just an update from 2021 - we asked the developers at Searchanise to customize the app to conform better to our store's appearance. They made all the changes within a couple days and were incredibly responsive. We are so pleased, yet again, with how awesome this app and the development team are.

We tried a few other search tools first but this is by far the best. Even more so, everything we asked to be solved was done properly and fast by the developers - couldn't ask for more. The functionality is also excellent and really improves user experience

We have used Smart Search & Filter app for more than 5 years. It's solid and reliable and the features and design have continued to evolve over the years. Their support is fast and friendly. We recently compared it to other filtering apps but all proved to be more expensive and had fewer features. Searchanise is solid.
THIS APP IS A MUST HAVE!!!!!! It's the only one that has worked for us for all of our b2b, wholesale, and retail customers. Not to mention, the response time for any assistance.
Seems to work well. Still learning to take advantage of all the features they offer. Definitely better than basic search feature.
