These guys are amazing. The app is feature packed to the brim, a bunch of things I didn't even expect when installing but then was pleasantly surprised to find! Everything works nicely, they have a bunch of integrations. Great product well worth the money!

I really love the power of this app for search. It is very fast and can be seamlessly customized to the look and feel of your store. There are many functions that I like: instant search, search suggestions, upsell/cross sell, merchandising suggestions etc and you can use your search data to direct zero result searches to products/pages you think the customer was intending. I received very good service, although had to wait a few days for a reply, but the help was excellent and accurate. Most importantly, it makes it easy for customers to find what they want.
Update Mar2023: It’s now been 2 years using this app and I continue to appreciate the solid support. In the last year I have updated my theme and most recently installed filters on collections which required some coding additions which was actually very straight forward and quick, with the help of Stacy. This app would be the most important app we have.
Update Sep2023: The level of support and response times has improved a lot. I've been able to get considerable CSS support on tweaks I needed and good explanations of what was being done. The support in the Asian time zone is now very good.

I installed this app for my SafetyRailSource website and it's really really good. It literally took minutes to install and it integrated with my website seamlessly. I looked into and tried several apps to enable search filers on the search page, and one that would allow me to maintain these filters/data on my changing product catalog easily. This app eventually won out and I've used it for at least 2 years now. No complaints and I am not going anywhere. Their prices are very reasonable and app was easy to set up and use. Their support team is responsive and their responses are always on point, compared to some support teams where you can wait for days and several escalations later, you are left with completely not-on-point responses to your issues.

Only area I would note for improvement is the UI. Again, the cost is much lower than others and this is a great choice for small business websites with a small IT budget.
