Such a needed service!! Has an issue with the section with my Theme and they fixed it right away!
I saw an ad on TikTok for section store and was honestly amazed. I immediately downloaded the app but it turns out each section costs 9$. On the TikTok it looked like everything was free or included with a one time charge for all sections. I'm dissapointed and I think it should be pointed out more clearly that every section costs 9$.
Great choice of sections to help make the basic Shopify theme look more professional. Also the support is amazing!

My friend PLEASE do not send emails saying "We aim to provide a follow-up within 24 hours for all tickets. Our support team is available every weekday, with limited hours on weekdays"
Because over the past week, I sent 2 emails, one was about 5 days ago.
I would be happy to adjust my review, I just dont like being mislead.
Just say:
"We do not respond to support tickets"
and at least that would be genuine.
