The app works great and the section choices are fab. But the support... omg, it's so frustrating.

I've been trying for 3 days to engage with support about the menu and it keep getting replies but with no resolution.

It's soo frustrating!

Nice and easy to use app.

But very disappointed to see all the section disappearing each time I update my theme. Everything is getting deleted so I had to go back on all pages to put back my sections and redesigned it.

Such a pity.

I tried the video pop section in my Shopify store. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in the mobile version. The support couldn't solve the problem either, which is why they refunded me the full amount in the end.
