So on the hand its well designed pieces to integrate into your shop with many options to customize.
The problem starts when you want to update your theme to a newer version. In our case Dawn-Theme. (Update from 13 to 15) Problem: All of your work is gone and you have you to reinstall sections on your updated web page.
After reaching out to the customer support I just got a video instruction with a super complicated way on how to code my elements back, while the solution would be that elements remain untouched after updating, just like any other app installed.
If functionality changes, I am happy to give 5 stars.

Trying to contact support , because of the bug of SS-featured 2, its not possible to show the review of customers only 60% of it , even they promote that , trying to contact to fix it but nobody is answering even on their personal email

I have many bugs with the scrolling logo banner (for 9$). Most of the times I have to reload the page two or three times before it´s working the way it supposes to. I need immediate help to fix this problem.
UPDATE: I was granted access to your store and tested. Everything looks good from my end. Please click the preview button and check how it looks on the live site. Theme editor might have some problems with scrolling sliders.
