I personally had trouble getting the scrolling announcement bar to the top (due to the theme I use). Daniel helped me tremendously, everything worked as I had in mind.

The Customer service has great communication and patience. Any time I had an issue they would get back to me and help me fix it. The also showed me ways to fix my issue myself through simple examples.
