Segments gave me a level of data that was extremely helpful in improving ads, email flows, and site design. The call with their team was by far the most helpful data analytics call that I have ever had. Great product!

These guys are whizzes at data visualization, and are super helpful + responsive with custom requests that come with your product catalog. The app keeps improving and as such, is a key tool for our whole team to better understand customer behavior.

Segments Analytics is one of my favorite Shopify apps, we started on the free plan but upgraded to the Growth plan... its worth it! I've learned so much about various segments of our customers (cohort, purchaser of X product, customers who we've engaged with Y marketing initiative) using the app. It has the cohort analysis that you'll find with other apps, but gives you the ability to cut (segment) that data in a lot more nuanced ways! The app provides a level of intelligence that'd I've only seen larger orgs with a data science team have access to. I'm very happy to have these insights at my finger tips. Also, the customer services for the app is great. Any time I've had questions, I've gotten an answer within a couple hours.

A great app! Helped us to reduce churn rate and to increase personalisation. Product analytics is good for inventory planning. The best thing is it's price because similar solutions of segmentation are quite expensive. Support is instant too.

It helps us find our best customers and CLV, which is hard to calculate on our own. The pre-built segments are very useful for me so I don’t have to spend time digging around to know what customer segments exist and what triggers to set. The support team is really helpful, they are always there whenever we need helps. Overall, Segments is an app that very easy to use and understand. Highly recommended.

Great App! I would HIGHLY recommend it! I use this app daily on two stores to analyze customer and product data so I can make better business decisions. And If you use Klaviyo, it is the perfect companion app to build segments for targeted emails and ad campaigns.
