The app is very user friendly, and does the job, But more importantly, the customer service is amazing. The response time, and the patience for explaining over and over. I had a special request and they were always there for me.

I initially signed up for this app as it was more reasonably priced and offered really nicely designed email templates. However what has been even better is the customer support. Whenever I've had any questions they are answered a)quickly and b) by a human. In fact there was a report I wanted recently, and they were willing to run it for me, even though not part of what they currently offered. I have been very impressed by the level of service offered, a big 5 stars from me!

Great app I mostly use mine for my subscribers and sending them newsletters etc, it very easy to use and creates fabulous newsletters. Would highly recommend it.

I used the app to create my first newsletter. I really liked that us very syncranized with shopify, that helped a lot .
This app does exactly what it states. Love how you can customize your new-letters or email, schedule emails to go out automatically. I don't use the app as much as I should but I will start too.
