I like Seguno as a newsletter option. When Mailchimp integration broke last year we went to Klaviyo. It was more expensive, tons of features, however it was missing features we thought were essential. Like not showing customers products that were out of stock. Using product browsing data inside the emails as recommended products and such. As someone who has a team of people working on content, we have saved time and money with Seguno. No more having to create alterations on klaviyo for a simple blog release for mobile vs desktop opens.

I like that its easier to set up than other email marketing apps I've tried. It's seamlessly integrated into your store so its easy to add products and collections to your emails. The emails look professional and simple so theres no confusion.

Moved from 3 stars to 5 stars as I have met with the CEO in person and he is very supportive. They listened to my opinion and they finally upgraded the report! Now we can see who opened, clicked, unsubscribed, complained, and bounced. Wishing for the last improvement on the opened time, and to be able to see which link they click in the email. I believe that they are working on that.

I like how easy it is to use. Everything is all integrated well with Shopify store. I wish they have more deep analytic report like Mailchimp. Not being able to see which customers have opened or clicked is a big deal. I cannot proceed with a better segmentation without these kind of information. Are you planning to develop the report better?

I love it! I'm still learning how to use it with selecting who gets specific newsletters. It has a professional feel and quality to the newsletters. It's a winner!

I have been using this app for the last year to send marketing emails to my customers. I love the automation side of it, as it sends all the emails on signup, purchase and so on. Had a small glitch with an accidental unsubscribe from a customer and support dealt with my query quickly. Recommended.

Customer Support for Segundo is fantastic! They answered me right away when I texted them, and I had a great zoom call with them, and they stayed with me until I had a good understanding of how to use Segundo, which was so much fun! I finally got on board with email marketing. I had put it off because it seemed like another learning curve. Seguno is very easy to learn and when I did have a question, customer support was quick to help!
