We have been on Shopify for almost 5 years now and have lived through using another quantity break - discount solution that used a variant scheme. What a nightmare! Constantly broke my theme, wouldn't play nicely with other apps, etc. Enter Selly. Love this app - more importantly, love their support. So much flexibility. Seamless install, very intuitive. When I had a specific workflow challenge with the bundle, in a couple of hours the team came back with a great solution for my store.

I tried to cancel my subscription before the trial but there is no way of doing it in their app that's why i give it 1 star. I should always should have this option available, ridiculous.

Customer service is beyond the worst, I have an Automatic discount with Shopify and when It comes with Automatic discounts it doesn't work with selly ask selly any advice. They just reply my ticket link

I tried several apps before I found selly and I am so glad that I did. Not only is it super easy to use, is affordable, does everything I need -- they are so wonderful to work with. They responded to all my questions so quickly and were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I am so glad I found this app.

I would say the app does exactly what we expect it to do. Simple & pretty easy to use, although the design is outdated imo. HOWEVER, the customer service/support is absolutely unhelpful & unprofessional. I need them to help create my bundle as single product and they reply with a 1 liner support email. Basically they told me to create new product with their special tag. OK. Did that. Had 8 bundles. Only 1 shows available. Asked them again. They blamed us on having no stock for products inside the bundles. I checked. We have more than enough inventory. Asked them again. THEY ASKED ME WHAT DID I CHECK. Been on and on for 6+ emails with one-liner replies from their support. The disrespectfulness to customers is beyond me. Update: They sent me emails & private msg asking me to remove the review. It's shady as hell. The answer is no. Reason: I am complaining about their customer service, and the way they dragged the conversation is rude.

I keep being charged for an app that don't have. I talked to someone last month and got my issue resolved but I am still being charge for an app I don't use or have been deleted I want my refund please.

The charges were handled automatically by Shopify system by 30 day cycles.

There was a recent charge "DEC 29, 2021 – JAN 28, 2022" because the uninstallation was on January 2, 2022 at 11:28 am.

We've already made another refund for your store.

This is an excellent App for automatic Discounts, Adding Free Gifts to bag, Making sure offers don't overlap with each other... it does everything! Just what we needed. The support team is what makes all the difference though! They are super and fast and such a huge help! We asked for customizations and they were done sometimes in less than 5 minutes! The support team bring the to a whole other level ! Well Done ! Excellent! Highly Recommend!

Excellent service. We installed the app during Thanksgiving day and the developer still replied and assisted with the installation. The app is easy to use and has a lot of functions that seamlessly intergrated. 5 stars are well earned

This is a great app really simple to use and lots of options. Integrates really well with No code writing.

I also needed a customer TAG to stop the app working when a customer is tagged with a particular TAG. This was so that a wholesale app I was using would work without any conflicts. The guys did this within 24 hours.

Great support.
