I keep being charged for an app that don't have. I talked to someone last month and got my issue resolved but I am still being charge for an app I don't use or have been deleted I want my refund please.

This app does a heck of a lot for its price point. Very reliable, particularly with the POS features. Support has been helpful.

I liked the layout, but the app did not sync with my store. It also changed the dates on which the discount should be applied.

Excellent app. After a long time found an app that helps with multiple promos and that too well integrated. With most free gift apps, sometimes fraud can be done. I highlighted to them and they immediately made changes in this to help me. They are also available for any change I ask, and that too on time. Recommend this 100%

I have checked and tested a lot of apps for bundles, updates and volume discounts. Selly is by far the best app on the market. She was the only one who passed all of my tests. (Only point, I would like to be able to influence the presentation more). Most importantly, it also works very well with GemPages. If it were possible I would give 10 stars.

I've been using this app for some time now and find it extremely useful for many types of promotions. Overall the support is exceptional, answering queries quickly from simple 'I'm looking to run this type of promotion' to customisations and assistance with working with page-builders and other applications.
Overall, as the site has become more and more complex with multi-3PLs, currencies, international pricing and multi-language this app has followed us on the journey and provided incentives for the customers.

This app works perfectly with the promo we want. I had 2 questions and they guys at Selly answered within 45 minutes. Fantastic app and amazing customer service!

Just started using this app but so far seems to work great and does what we have been needing. Customer service is even better.

I had again a lot of questions because my bundles are a little bit tricky and difficult and I am not the best with that but they fixed and helped me with everything very quick! I was looking for this app for weeks and I recommend this App 100%!

For me, it has more than needed. Works smooth, very adaptable and huge variety of possibilities, especially for wholesale but including everything else you need to concerning discounts. I wanted some adjustments and different placings - the customer service is a marvelous experience. Fast, competent, clear - things just get done! I do not use much of it, but absolutely worth the price.

It was a fantastic support from Treedify that I had three issues in a row and each issue was fixed within hours! I greatly appreciate such prompt responses and solutions. We've using app Selly for a few months, the power, stability and complex of functions are great, thank you!

Absolutely LOVE Selly! It provides so many options - upsells, bundles, and more. I use most of the options, and Selly has increased my AOV significantly. Plus, the developers are SO helpful with questions and customization requests. Highly recommend this app.

I would say the app does exactly what we expect it to do. Simple & pretty easy to use, although the design is outdated imo. HOWEVER, the customer service/support is absolutely unhelpful & unprofessional. I need them to help create my bundle as single product and they reply with a 1 liner support email. Basically they told me to create new product with their special tag. OK. Did that. Had 8 bundles. Only 1 shows available. Asked them again. They blamed us on having no stock for products inside the bundles. I checked. We have more than enough inventory. Asked them again. THEY ASKED ME WHAT DID I CHECK. Been on and on for 6+ emails with one-liner replies from their support. The disrespectfulness to customers is beyond me. Update: They sent me emails & private msg asking me to remove the review. It's shady as hell. The answer is no. Reason: I am complaining about their customer service, and the way they dragged the conversation is rude.

This app has already allowed me to discontinue use of a couple of other apps and save money each month, and i've only scratched the surface of what it can do. On top of that, the app is detail oriented, with a great user interface in addition to a simple back end. I had a question for the developers, and not only did they answer same day, but they logged into my shopify store and made the fix for me. I'm 100% happy with this app, and have bought it for my second Shopify store too!

The motivator is absolutely perfect for doing free gift deals, as well as all its other features.
The features are outstanding and the support is second to none.

I used this app to bundle my products as I need to sell two products at the same time, so the customer clicks only one time on the add to cart button and two products are added. But especially the developers are really fast en helpful. I've made 4 inquires and they fixed them all within less than an hour. The only change I would like to see is being able to customise the width of the add to cart button and the price above it, at the moment it's really small compared to the rest of the site. Really recommend this app.

I've only had this app installed for a few days but I already love it! I run an art based shop & have a lot of moving parts specifically rewarding my customers who also support me on Patreon. This app is easy to install and use. It allows me all sorts of wonderful combinations that let me reward different customers at different levels. Just perfect!

Great customer support! The app is easy to use and has a clear layout in the admin panel. I only wish it was easier to track specific Shopify discount codes.

App does exactly what I need - to stack discounts. I needed a solution because I have customer tagged discounts, variable volume discounts for other customers and also need to be able to redeem rewards discounts. Spent many hours researching how to resolve this, tried a few other discount apps and landed on Selly. Support was fast, polite and responsive.

I cannot recommend this app enough. It is the best app I have ever used. It is easy to setup, intuitive and effective. The app does exactly what you need it to. The customer-facing interface is smooth and professional.

I am a new shop owner and I am cheap so I tried to stick to free apps. I ended up with 4-5 apps that overlap to get the full suite of features I needed. The shop UI got cluttered, and the different apps have slightly different styles, so the customer experience is a total mess.

This app does it all and does it better than any of the other apps. I am only 3 days in and still have 12 free trial days left, but I am going to be very happy paying $15 a month for this incredible tool.

My only suggestion to Treedify is to improve your customer service communications. While my support requests are always acted on quickly and effectively, the communication is short and abrupt. It can come off as unfriendly. When I read your response to customer feedback, I can tell that the person writing the responses is probably a developer and not trained in customer service skills. This is going to hurt you a lot when you want to grow the company.

The rewards program part of the app is stone age, buggy as hell and totally unusable- it frustrates clients and infuriates me as a businessman . I am sorely regretting adding that part of the app. Unfortunately the attitude of the support is arrogant at best. The instructions are written more as a sales pitch than to be actually useful. So much of the rest of the app is really good, but the rewards program is just awful. I'm very concerned this has cost me regular high spend customers.

The app is just NOT customizable enough. It's not possible to change the text on buttons and it makes things too difficult for a customer to checkout with a BOGO offer, for example. Especially if you're like me and you want to offer a free gift but your product has many variants then this app is likely not for you. Tried to to replace another BOGO app used in the past and just not getting the conversions I would like.

Tried to speak with support but they seemed unable to understand what I wanted to do. Possibly a language barrier, not sure.

It's a bit difficult to navigate, but it's a really great app overall. This app is definitely worth $15 a month! I'm still on the free trial but I'm going to keep the subscription.

EDIT: I got in touch with customer support and they were super helpful!! Once you actually sit down for about 30-45 minutes and really learn the app, it's incredible. There's a lot of features, which is why you actually need to learn the program, but it is definitely worth your while. This app literally does the work of three, I highly recommend downloading it.

We are this app for some time now and it has a lot of possibilities build in one. You need a bit of getting used to it but the support is fast and correct. Happy with it!

I can't say enough good things about how great this app is and how fantastic the support is! If I could give 10 stars I would! Installed the app this morning and it's so user friendly, support is there for any questions and also helped me set it up until late this evening. My store is functioning amazingly with quantity break discounts across multiple products, visual modifications to show savings, motivators and brings another dimension to the website which allows you to easily offer great deals that WILL entice your customers to purchase! It's so impressive we have installed this app onto our other website and got rid of the old quantity breaks app we have used for years! 10/10!

We give Selly a 5 star rating because it is an excellent app, but that does not mean it is perfect. We recommend it fully and are current subscribers. We are happy with its functionality and the support we received.

That being said, we have had to be in contact with support quite a bit and there were issues, but generally they fixed the issues within a day or less each time. There is room for improvement but overall, Selly does what it does well (eventually) and after much searching, we found them to be the best for us.
