Really love this product. It automates many labor works of optimizing images and best of all, it optimizes automatically.
The app demands a review to continue using it even though we have reviewed it before. But functionality is good.
Hi, we don't see any record of a previous review. Our in-app chat service is always available and you can always message us when you have some issue, which we could rectify. You've been using the app since 2017 and you think it only deserves 3 stars? It seems to me we deserve at least 4-stars. How would you like if one of your customers hurt your business with a low review without even contacting you before hand? We put a lot of hard work and effort into this app, and a 3 star review sets us back, because it takes 10 5-star reviews to get us back to where we were score-wise. Reviews are very difficult to get, I hope you take this into consideration. Thank you

I have been using the app for over a year, and it is pretty much 'set and forget' as it does its thing. New features appear in the app. The app covers various optimizations and is well worth the fee. The recurring or persistent banner asking to leave a review is the most irritating aspect of the app. Folks do need a reminder but not a pesky one.
The user interface is a rainbow of colors and overly simplistic, which takes away a bit from the app. The app's image optimization is quite remarkable, as is the speed at which it goes through the website with a couple of hundred products and several hundred images. When you add a product, the app does its thing and optimizes the product without you lifting a finger.
Small, thoughtful features such as listing the keywords used alphabetically and being able to view them by frequency and help snippets throughout the app make it a breeze for anyone to use. You don't need to be an SEO scientist to use the app.
Great app to use! I love it and will continue to use it. It's quick, easy to use and even without any experience, one can use it without any problems.
I like the fact that it allows me to crop videos and images so they can be uniform. The only features I'd like to see added are a feature that captures stills from product videos in order to just upload a video and have the app grab those pictures automatically, a gif maker that turns mp4's into gifs and maybe an option to upload videos through the seo king and have the app auto compress directly from my phone. Other than that though, awesome app!!!

There may be an issue with third party app conflict which is causing over compression.
