J'ai à peine commencé par l'utilisé que j'ai désinstallé les autres applications du même genre qui publient des fausses informations. J'aime déjà beaucoup , non seulement tout ce qu'ils promettent ici est vrai mais en plus j'ai une assistance en français.
The worst app and support service ever. I raised a bug of this app to the support person. He refused to listen and investigate the problem. He didn't help me out with the bug. What he answered is that the bug that I found in the app is because of my computer and he proposed to refund me. I don't ask to be refunded but be helped out with my problem. My computer is running with windows 10, intel core i7 and touch screen, the latest of the latest configuration. If all the app providers do the same as people like him, we can never have high quality software with high quality services. I'm extremely disappointed.
Hi, sorry you had an issue, but resolving some issues with compatibility may require days or even weeks (since we have lots of other pressing issues). When users lack patience, usually our response is to explain that a fix is not currently possible and they should find a different app. We're only human... and at times we just don't have the resources available!
Ugh, it's complicated because this app has sooooo many cons:
- Forced Reviews (seriously?)
- Extremely slow and tedious free option. Like almost douchey how tedious it is.
- Poor paid for option from reading how they work in reviews
- Customer service was unresponsive despite a green light
- No clue which images you've updated already (you can look at image source but hmm), so best be taking notes if you're using the freebie
Pro:
- Got my site speed from 4 seconds down to 2 seconds. That's a major pro in my opinion!!!
- Hopefully will make a big difference for SEO but can't say yet.
- Changes image names, which the other similar free app doesn't offer
Erm, yeah, despite the bitter taste it leaves behind because of the flaws, it's a good app in terms of outcome. I'd rate it at the lower end of 4.
Haven't verified if the App actually affects Speed- ask to leave a review before results perceived.
I used this app to do seo optimization. I like this app because it is simple to use, self explanatory and does what it says its going to do. It would be nice if the free section was able to opitimize all their pictures at once without having to pay a fee, but its good that I can still do it even if its only one picture at a time. Great app!

We still have a limit of 1 product optimization at a time for free users, since we need to generate revenue, but we've added lots of new, free options (including the SCAN SHOP). I gave this app a 3 star for now because I have not been able to really experience the site as I want to. Will update as I explore further.
Hi, did you have a chance to explore it further? We released a massive update last week and it now includes at least 6 new tools and over a hundred new options. We spent over 1000 hours on this latest version. I hope we can earn at least 4-5 stars from you, cheers!

FACT REMAINS!!! THIS WAS NOT UNINSTALLED IN THE "MIDDLE" OF A BILLING CYCLE!!
THIS APP WAS INSTALLED BY US AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND WE WERE BILLED ACCORDINGLY EACH MONTH, BUT WHEN IT CAME TO UNINSTALLING THE APP ON THE 1ST OF FEBRUARY, THEY STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND!! BILLING CYCLE RUNS FROM THE 22ND TO THE 21ST OF EACH MONTH (DO THE MATH!!) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND "PAYING" FOR THIS APP BECAUSE WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPORT AND RESPONSE THEY ARE RUDE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND SECONDLY REFUSE TO REFUND!! JUST A WARNING TO FUTURE USERS!!
Hi, when you uninstall the app in the middle of a billing cycle you will receive a final bill for the last billing cycle. This is normal practice. When our customers approach us via Live Chat with civility and dignity, we can usually make some exceptions :)
App is incredibly useful - even for a large established store like ours. We saved hundreds of man hours exporting tens of thousands of original product photos to Dropbox. There was a glitch with the UI, which their support team fixed in 1-2 days. Excellent product & excellent support!
