Worse customer service ever. No one responds to your messages and help you. I had in for one month and no one even bothered to respond to my messages.

Hi, we responded to you via email, however your "customercare@" email account is not functioning correctly. The email was never read. Shopify is a business platform and reviews should be professional and never left in anger to damage another business over a simple correspondance issue. We also ask for 24 hours to respond to any message in case of time zone differences. SEO King provides a large number of features, at a low cost, with a collection of over 200 FAQs to help merchants. This is not a 1-star application by any means.

Support is unresponsive. Error generating a Google Shopping product pattern. Please contact our live chat support for assistance. I asked same question twice on live chat and no answer.

Was Supposed to be on the Free Plan, used the app less than 11 days and uninstalled app. Suprised to see a $69.99 Shopify Bill, that was being declined by my card(why I was on the Free Plan) and Shopify was threatening to restrict access to my store because of it. So, I contacted billing@ for the app and explained the issue. I was given a $60 credit towards the $70 bill for one months usage (11 Days) of a FREE PLAN! Lol $10 I couldn't really spare but had to in order to keep my store from being restricted.

Will Not Be Using their apps again.

You purchased the plan, used the app to optimize your store many times, and then asked for a refund mid month. Of course we will charge you for at least a month usage - we don't provide prorated refunds. In fact, we were under no obligation to refund you at all as it was past our 72 hour policy. We refunded you kindly, and you decided to leave this review and accuse us of having done something wrong. Outrageous!

And they did not answer for a few days and then blocked me from talking to them in Chat.

I subscribed for the $7.99 per month plan. however i accidentally deleted the app. when i re-installed it back, my subscription was gone. I sent a request to their support to recover my subscription but i never received a reply.

Hi, we've messaged you several times about this sent to your gmail account. Please check your email account, or the in-app live chat history, and you'll see we've replied last week. We never go silent. If you don't hear back from us, its probably because you're having email issues, which is surprisingly common.

The app forced me to rate 5 stars while I was still trying figure out how it works. It caused problems on my website. The photos always disappeared even though I tried to fix them, at least twice, it took me a whole day or more. I contacted the support team. They was running something (that they said it will fix the problem). After their process finished, I checked my website, all the logos I added disappeared, and some photos still not showing up. I contacted the support team again. But after he knows that I'm using the free version, he said there's no support , he said "he has to go back to work" and "good luck with the rest", then he went away leaving me with my questions. That's so irresponsible and so rude , because the problem I'm facing now is caused by the process he was running on his end. Now even though I want to uninstall the app, I have to restore all of my photos, one by one.

Misleading about charges. This app IS NOT FREE! There is NO FREE PLAN AVAILABLE! There are other SEO optimizations that give a free trial but are clear on charges.

Hi, this app has a lot of free features including image optimization, image renaming, and alt texts editing. However, our one-click bulk processing features do require a one-time payment or membership plan. We make this very clear in all aspects of our app, including our listing, FAQ page, and refund policy. Like the merchants that use our software, we are a business that depends on sales to support our developers, marketers, and administrative staff and servers. I hope you consider removing this review as it negatively impacts our product without just cause. Best Regards

Faced problems with automated picture update and it missed up two products and duplicate photos and decrease of speed of website by factor of two. Software support was prompt, active and engaging then quiet. Challenges will always exist but with great and prompt service will go through all these hurdles. Great idea but needs to perform well.

down time to fix these problem 2 days and I had to take my website offline.

Not only didn't this app work correctly on every image, it DELETED some of our product images. Restoring the changes that were made in hopes that our files are put back without having to manually crawl through our website to see where there are errors. Really hope Shopify considers cleaning out apps like this from their store.

Not worth it. We paid for the APP and then it stopped working. If you want to return the images back to the way they were before, you will need to do it one by one NOT in bulk. Their servers are really slow. Paid for nothing and no refund.
