I have been using this app to prepare myself to take appointments and its great so far and much simpler than the others. Most of the other booking apps are too much you you have to do too much to get it how you want it to be and Sesami just lays everything out there for you to use at ease.
Used this app for bookings for our startup waxing studio - easy to configure and integrate into the shopify theme. Support team has been fantastic!
Great booking app with very well-thought out features and functionality. Also, great development team behind it that is constantly improving the app with regular updates. They support their clients and walk them through the app's features during multiple onboarding calls. Couldn't have asked for more

Honestly didn’t know customer service could ever be this good. The app is pretty good but there’s a lot of things that were lacking upon install (mostly just me not understand how it worked) but I instantly received help even before asking for it. Since then Ehsan and his team have kept helping me and pretty much set up the perfect booking system on my store. Right now Sesami works in ways I didn’t think were possible and the team is still busy making it better daily. If you think this app won’t suit your needs, just email the Sesami team because you’re most likely wrong. Best booking app on Shopify.
Sensational product and support when the code needed a minor tweak. They went above and beyond and fixed quickly!
This app shows timezones in the country of the person viewing which enables my students in Japan and around the world to see my schedule here in Ireland, in their own timezone. The group appointment feature also enables multiple students to book the same time slot for group meetings. The customer service is fantastic. I'm so glad I found sesami, thanks to the team for all their time and effort :)
