Propel Replays has been such a great tool for my Shopify store! I love being able to actually see how customers are interacting with my website instead of just looking at numbers and trying to guess what’s happening.
The replays have helped me see where customers are clicking, what they’re looking at, and where they may be getting stuck or leaving. It’s given me a much better understanding of how people are navigating my store and has helped me identify things I can improve.

Propel has been one of the most useful apps I’ve added to my Shopify store. I used to be able to delete replays every 7 days. They changed this to every 30 days which violated the terms of my subscription - I subscribed knowing that I would be able to delete replays every 7 days and was not informed that this would change to every 30 days. So I removed the app and Installed a free replay app instead. Not sure if its a good idea to get greedy with replay views when free replay apps are available on the shopify app store.

You're right. Our change to the delete all replays option should have come with an email and a date. That's on me.
The why: recording replays is our main cost. Weekly resets let an account record several times what its plan covers each month, and as a small business ourselves we unfortunately can't absorb that cost any longer.
