Incredible value. This is a MUST HAVE APP for any Shopify store. Shows issues that data simply does not reveal. They are beginning to introduce AI too, which is great. Excited to see where that goes. I'd like to see a weekly or daily email with AI analysis on all the recordings with links to specific recordings and timestamps that it recommends the user watch - as watching each one manually is simply not possible.

Really happy with this app! It gives great insights into customer behavior and helps identify where visitors drop off. Easy to set up and works perfectly with our Shopify store. Highly recommended!

App is very good and accurate with recordings as well as heat maps, Highly recommend. Price friendly for starter stores but gets used up quickly.

Wonderful, app! Great support and customer service. We transitioned from a different heatmap application and so far we're very impressed with the features with Propel.

In the past we used Hotjar (I think it's called something else now), but this is much better because it's in Shopify. Having qualitative data like session replays is essential, and Propel is designed in a way that's tailored to how shop owners use this kind of data.
