Price/quality is ok. Its low price, low quality compared to other options like LuckyOrange. I had a basic plan 9.90 per month and decided to switch to a free plan.

Standard billing practice is to retain access to premium features till the end of billed period. But, in this case, even though i had paid for a full month and switched before the end - my premium features were cancelled immediately.

I asked the support chat and they confirmed this is how it is. No warnings whatsoever that switching will cancel even already paid features. Its definitely not industry standard - and support mentioned "we will try to find out what went wrong". Maybe start by looking into standard practices and your policies.

Reply to Chris (Propel). - thats not how that went. Read below:

As i explained the support employee using a hypothetical situation - what if i had just paid for a month and then cancelled? - he indeed mentioned that due to the very short window they would refund.

But in my situation where i had just a few days left of my paid cycle - it would not be the case as it is already cancelled.

So no, you did not offer me that, you also failed to offer me access to the features for the days i had left.

Good experience with the app so far. Keep up the good work. It would be great if the session recording post clicking of checkout button is also included.

I installed the app about one month ago and so far it does what it says for the most part. I'm mainly interested in seeing the behaviors of my website visitors and the replays help with this. I'm still learning how heatmaps work so I can't give a full review on it, yet. Overall, I like the app and would recommend especially for new users. Customer service has been amazing so far and quick with responses.

Tive um problema de pagar o app e ele não funcionar direito, então desinstalei o app e quando fui instalar novamente estavam me cobrando novamente. Entrei em contato com o suporte, leram meu comentário, não responderam e sairam do chat. Não recomendo!

So got this app on the free trial. I have since moved to a pay plan

Firstly I have not even used all the features yet so I can only initially comment on the bit that I got it for initially

Ok so why do I like this?
So the video replays are a game changer. I watched about 20 and spotted our image size for products was resulting in people having to scroll down to the thumbnails under and then back up to view image. I would imagine this was really annoying and probably resulted in some leaving. So we edited it so this was not required

Also spotted some collections would have all the products so people were scrolling. On the mobile app the filters were less obvious so we inserted a featured collection block at the top so at least there was a quick easy narrow down for those browsing

There are more but you can really spot the things that customers value and linger on and so make them more prominent or available earlier in the page.

Incredible value. This is a MUST HAVE APP for any Shopify store. Shows issues that data simply does not reveal. They are beginning to introduce AI too, which is great. Excited to see where that goes. I'd like to see a weekly or daily email with AI analysis on all the recordings with links to specific recordings and timestamps that it recommends the user watch - as watching each one manually is simply not possible.
