Propel Replay, Survey, Heatmap

I found this app when I was looking for a cost effective screen-recording app. The screen-recording interface is intuitive and the app is reliable. Though occasionally there are screen recordings that don't log, I've experienced the exact same problem with the most famous (and most expensive) apps -- presumably that's a Shopify issue that would occur with any app. Excellent customer service!

This has been a game changer for understanding how shoppers move through my store. The recordings are clear, the dashboard is easy to use, and I can quickly spot where customers drop off or run into issues. I’ve already fixed a few layout problems thanks to this app.

Really great app. I can see visitor location, session duration, device type, and more. The session replays are especially helpful for understanding how people use my store. Easy to use and very useful.

First tool I've found that has replays working in Shopify and they were very easy to start up. In fact, they had already captured past session data I could review. Support team had very fast response times—they helped immediately and with exactly what I needed.

Great for analytics on customer dropoffs and frustrations in e-commerce. Helped optimize pages a lot! The one thing I wish it had is a little bit better preferences on what to record so i can choose single pages to watch!

One of the best apps I have on shopify. Shows me exactly where customers go and what they are looking at. Could not be happier with this app.

Wir hatten zu Beginn Probleme mit der Sichtbarkeit und der Anzeige der Heatmaps aufgrund unserer Pop-Ups und unserem Cookie Banner. Netterweise haben sich die Entwickler dem Problem direkt angenommen und innerhalb eines Monats ein neues Heatmap System entwickelt, dass uns bereits jetzt sehr weiterhilft! Auch die anderen Features, wie Replays etc. sind sehr anschaulich & hilfreich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great app. Been using it for a while now. I have tried other apps but Propel Replay is the most reliable and has a great support team.

Useful app to give you interesting insight about your customer´s experience while they are navigating your website

very happy, it helps me analyse my customers' behavior, and customer service is reactive
