Hi Propel Replays Team,
I installed your app recently and used it for only 7 days. After trying it, I uninstalled it because I’m still new to Shopify and wasn’t ready to use a paid app.
But I got charged ₹31,000 for the yearly plan, and I honestly cannot afford to pay this amount. I just started my Shopify store, and I don’t have that kind of money right now.
I request you to please remove or cancel the charge. If needed, I’m okay to pay ₹200 for the 7 days I used the app. Please help me with this—I'd be very thankful for your support.
