So far, so good. These guys have done what Shopify can't seem to do. I have the ability to turn on shipping calculator for my theme through Shopify but for whatever reason, it doesn't calculate shipping. In a matter of 30 seconds, this was up and running on my site.
Great customers service and really fast to help with any problems.
Have just installed this app so will have to see if it helps to reduce our drop off rates, but installation and customisation were so easy, and customer support was exceptional. Had a couple of minor display issues which I emailed about and both were resolved within the hour. Definitely recommend based on what I've seen so far.
I emailed their support to help get the calculator added to my pop up carts and in mobile view, and they emailed back 15 minutes to say they'd enabled it for me with screenshots. Perfect. Exactly what I wanted and effective, quick customer service. One of my pet peeves is having to enter all my personal details just to find out the shipping cost, but this app takes away that headache for my customers.

Holy Crap!! That was INSANELY simple - and very much needed! All I did was install the app. Seriously - that's all I did! It automatically integrated with my store - even the color and font scheme, and it also includes a map, knows where I'm from, and shows the exact shipping that I have in my shipping zone section! This is exactly what I needed. And the price is a steal!! Thank you SO much!!
