Merchants highly recommend this app for its cost-effectiveness and ability to enhance customer satisfaction with direct order tracking on their store pages. They value its easy-to-use interface, simple installation, and customizable tracking pages that integrate well with store themes. The app also supports MailChimp integration for effective post-delivery marketing and works with a wide range of couriers, providing reliable tracking updates. Total disappointment. This app is no longer what it used to be. You pay for a service that only works halfway: 3/4 of my tracking numbers are not even traceable. Every time, the same message: 'Shipping tracker was not able to determine your shipping carrier for this tracking code, please check contact support.' And the support? It's incredibly slow, and their responses don’t offer any real solutions. No updates to fix the problem or to add major carriers. I no longer recommend this app; it has become unusable.
Horrible customer service and billing. They advertise a price for billing and then charge you a lot more. Do not get this app.

UPDATE
I've been using the app for over a year and support was always responsive and efficient. However recently some bugs appeared and I had trouble getting a reply from the developer for quite some time.
They eventually made contact and fixed the bug, so everything is working fine again now. I home it stays that way and I don't have to find another app to replace this one.
