no support nothing, randomly fails to pick shipping events and update them at order page for customer to track, no reply from developers or support team, after leaving 5 message. NOT WORTH IT.

Total disappointment. This app is no longer what it used to be. You pay for a service that only works halfway: 3/4 of my tracking numbers are not even traceable. Every time, the same message: 'Shipping tracker was not able to determine your shipping carrier for this tracking code, please check contact support.' And the support? It's incredibly slow, and their responses don’t offer any real solutions. No updates to fix the problem or to add major carriers. I no longer recommend this app; it has become unusable.

Great support team if you need any help. They were very fast and efficient in responding to our question and technical support question.
UPDATE
I've been using the app for over a year and support was always responsive and efficient. However recently some bugs appeared and I had trouble getting a reply from the developer for quite some time.
They eventually made contact and fixed the bug, so everything is working fine again now. I home it stays that way and I don't have to find another app to replace this one.
BE AWARE!!! They will trick you with the monthly payment but then will charge you thousands of dollars depending on your order volume. In return you will get an app full of bugs with horrible interface. USELESS and I'd give it 0 out of 5 if I could.
We are sorry about the inconvenience, our payment plans are tied to a limit of orders tracked per month and we charge an additional per excess. This is described in our pricing page and in the Shopify Payment Agreement that is accepted when you upgrade your plan.

Bom aplicativo de rastreamento que funciona com os Correios do Brasil... a tradução ainda não é 100%, mas é só entrar em contato com os desenvolvedores por email que eles resolvem! É bem interessante que o custo do app acompanha o crescimento da nossa loja (www.granarium.com.br) sem causar aumento de custos brusco. Ele envia notificações pros clientes por email a cada passo do rastreio que é "coletado" do site dos Correios, mas não é em tempo real, há um atraso entre o rastreio dos Correios e o feito pelo aplicativo, mas nada que comprometa a funcionalidade principal.
Great app with great support. Many other apps do not correctly work with the Uk Royal Mail postal service (even though they say they do...) but this app actually does! Highly recommend.
Amazing app, above all if you are a dropshipper. With this app you can hide where the package comes from, edit the different stages with your own information and send emails to the customers in specific stages of the shipping. The support is amazing and everything works very well. I've tested many tracking apps and this one is the best.

Shipping Tracker gets 5-Stars. I had been using Aftership -- then about 6 months ago Shopify started sending out "out for delivery" and "delivered" emails.

I was also using Klaviyo, and the Aftership webhook back to Klaviyo was tight and we were able to send post-delivery personalized emails based on product purchased.
But.
6 months later, and I am using MailChimp now that MC has a super tight API integration with Shopify. And I learned that Shopify was sending "delivered" and "out for delivery" emails up to 5 days after the event. Seriously, Shopify? Shopify could not be trusted to send these emails... and after months of frustration, I asked them to disable these 2 emails.
In the mean time, Shipping Tracker was released -- and it was significantly less expensive than AfterShip -- and the developer kept adding features!!!
ESPECIALLY the app to MailChimp -- so when an order is delivered, you can create a mergefield in MailChimp and Shipping Tracker can tell MailChimp the customer had an order delivered. You then use MC segmentation: "if customer had order delivered and order contained product XYZ, then send email about product XYZ with helpful tips andlinks to video (um, and maybe an upsell ? Use your merchandising judgment for that)
Can't say enough great things about the developer and communication and the reliability of the sms and emails. If you are depending on Shopify to send your all-important out-for-delivery and "delivered" emails, your customers are probably confused why you are sending them late. As in days after delivery. Shipping Tracker will solve this issue for pennies per order.
