A little weird to use and the prices are higher than USPS. Don't about prices for other carriers. Contacted live chat and had good experience, until I did not receive the email I was promised by the chat person. This happened twice.
This app is great! I use it to ship everyday to my customers. The only downfall as someone else mentioned is that they do not offer UPS regularly, but it is great for USPS and FEDEX shipments. I use a Dymo 4xl label printer, so the PDF that the app generates is perfect! They just revamped their user dashboard, and added an option to store package sizes and addresses.

Easy to use, shipping information automatically populates from order, and order status is updated to fulfilled. Very nice shipping app!
We are very happy with the ShippingEasy app! It's so simple to use and the Customer Service is excellent, should you ever have a question. If you are struggling with shipping your products, we highly recommend this app! It really does make "shipping easy."

Where is the FedEx Ground option?
Seems to work for US destinations, but not Canadian destinations.
Pros: ShippingEasy is integrated with the address from the Shopify order and does generate a label PDF file with postage and address.
Cons: 1) You cannot save frequently-used package size. You have to re-enter them every time. The built-in package sizes are extremely limited.
2) The vendor does not provide sticker label stock, you have to find it yourself.
3) Each label has to be printed on a separate sheet of paper. You cannot combine orders and print labels two up on an 8.5x11" stock.
4) Tech support had no answer or solutions for the above but did answer the phone readily and was polite.
I got it work with some help from tech support.

The people at Shipping Easy are nice to work with and the app looks great. Unfortunately, after trying it for a couple of weeks I've only gotten in to work maybe twice. Once they have it working it might be nice but right now it isn't there.
So far the folks at Shipping Easy have been helpful, responsive and nice to work with, although the app is not without its problems. Despite providing instructions on cancelling transactions, it will not allow you to do so online. There needs to be the ability to preset frequently used weight and package sizes, and I frequently run in to errors when trying to process multiple labels in the same batch. I understand that a new version is being released soon, so I am anxiously awaiting any improvements!
