The best app that i ever use. Great integration with couriers, and other marketplaces (amazon fba, amazon fmb, ebay etc.) Super!

This app once setted properly is absolutely a must have of every decent e-commerce. I' been using it since a while and easily is a time saver....

Funziona perfettamente, tempo risparmiato. Integrando più corrieri il risparmi sulle spedizioni è certo.

The app works really well and has many functionality. You have the whole order life in one shight: from label creation to tracking and notifications. Time-saving, efficient, a bless for a two-people teamwork that has to deal with a lot of orders everyday. I'm still discovering all functions and features. My only complaint go to customer support. It's not so bad (they reply at all requests) but It should be improved, made more professional, automatized, especially during initial set up with courier.

Utilizzare più di un corriere senza doversi interfacciare con le diverse pagine degli stessi è essenziale. E questo Shippypro lo fa bene. Interessanti funzioni per calcolare i costi e per creare regole di invio che facilitano lo smistamento. Altre funzioni ancora da sviluppare o che potrebbero essere migliorate ma abbiamo trovato una bella volontà di ascolto negli sviluppatori e di assistenza al cliente!

Shippy Pro è un ottimo programma per la gestione delle spedizioni. Ha tantissime funzionalità perfette per Store che devono inviare tante spedizioni ogni giorno e che necessitano di mantenere un contatto con il cliente in ogni fase.

Sinceramente è un'app che ha tutto ciò che serve per gestire la spedizione di ordini provenienti da canali di vendita multipli; integra benissimo una moltitudine di marketplace e si interfaccia con una miriade di corrieri, consente la stampa di ordini ed etichette, analisi di tempi e costi, sblocco giacenze e molto altro.
Ultimo aspetto ma molto importante: ha un'assistenza veramente valida e un reparto sviluppo molto attivo nell'implementazione di nuove funzioni. Molto consigliata.

We use ShippyPro for shipping label creation in our Central Europe warehouse. There are not many options for shipping software that supports EU based businesses, so we were very happy when we found ShippyPro. ShippyPro is similar to apps like ShipStation, the difference being primarily a few less features and a more basic UI/UX. ShippyPro feels like a newer and smaller company, but their technical team is very fast to respond and always willing to help troubleshoot shipping or technical issues. Their tech support is based in Italy and speaks multiple languages (including English) so it is nice to have a team in the same time zone that speaks our languages. Their software works with all the major carriers and several of the more local, and smaller carriers; one of the main reasons we selected ShippyPro. Overall a solid piece of software that has all the primary shipping features a SMB will need.

Ottima gestione dell'assistenza con operatore per chat, sempre molto disponibili e risolutivi. Per il momento ci troviamo bene. Peccato poche offerte sui canoni e un limite sulle spedizioni rigido ma vale il compromesso! Consiglio potrebbe essere pensare a maggiori integrazioni automatiche con i sistemi gestionali delle Farmacie on line
