I've already written detailed reviews praising ShipStation, so this review is for the Shopify app only. It works flawlessly. Installs in seconds, and just about zero setup work to do. It just works.
i love it until it goes down or they do updates in the middle of working.
for some reason i don't know why it does not pull down my shopify sales sales like it should. sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. today shipstation pulled in a canceled sale from shopify, that was curious. other than my couple issues i love shipstation take a lot of work load off of me and helps me from making mistakes.
ShipStation is the best shipping tool out there! It really streamlines my business. At first, I was using 2-3 different apps to do what ShipStation does in one! The ability to create return authorizations and labels is a must and ShipStation makes it simple to do. Love it!!!!
We have used this app for about 4 years now and it is probably the one app that I would never delete. It makes it easy to compare shipping prices/times and fulfill our Shopify online orders.
We could not live without this app. We tried a few other shipping apps (to remain nameless) and had trouble with all of them. We have had no issues with Shipstation and when we ran into any problems, we were helped quickly. Definitely a solid company. They do seem to tinker with features quite a bit - not necessarily valuable to us - but the changes have never negatively affected us. Highly recommended.
I'm extremely happy with ShipStation overall. I wish I didn't have to jump through hoops to have my scale recognized every time, but other than that, it's an amazing service. Printing out FedEx labels on my Dymo XL is one of my favorite features.
Great shipping solution. No issues with Shopify integration. Really allows you to manage and organize your shipments, inventory, etc. You can also tag shipments, which is useful for reporting.
Overall we are very pleased with Shipstation and it is far above any other shipping program we have used. We use several different shopping channels and Shopify Ecommerce website. Shipstation does a good job of allowing us to view and fulfill our orders. One or two suggestions that would make our experience better. 1. The ability to place a QR code on our packing slip so that customers could scan and provide a review on our respective sales channels. 2. Would prefer reduction in frequent changes in UI of Shipstation sometimes disrupts our settings. These updates / changes come with little warning, and disrupt our process. Overall Shipstation does a great job and would recommend to others.

Ship Station has really changed my business. I have two different stores (Etsy & Shopify) and my business is small so we do all our own shipping. We also make our customer's product when they order as oppose to having an actual inventory. Ship Station not only has helped us stream line our shipping we are also able to stream line our production and keep on top of these orders with the different pick lists and other features. Seriously, have no idea why we waited so long to use it!
I added a LOT of shipping apps hoping to find what ShipStation offers. I gave them all a fair shot but Shipstation emerged as the winner of the group. The selling point is how many different storefronts it interacts with. After I started using filters that really streamlined the process. Also, I have bugged their customer service team to death and they have been fast and helpful every time. Keep up the good work!
