Beautiful interface, intuitive to use (maybe because I watched the video!), lots of information right at my fingertips, and quick response and load times.
Superstars ship station!!! love love love this app --took years off my life --sends out automated letters for both stores my website and eBay with customized profile on it and message. I can now advertise my website to eBay users. Remembers my ship choices for items. Adds orders together easily for shipping. Already recommended this app. saving money too.
ShipStation is invaluable for when your business starts to take off. It does so much—easy shipping (of course), batching, and yes, REPORTING. I only have the cheapest Shopify account type so the basic-but-useful reporting is much appreciated. Sure, the interface is dated and could use a tweak here and there (I'm a user experience expert as well, so this could be my bias) but its utility totally compensates for the look & feel. Also, the customer support is fantastic. Write an email and get an answer from a real live human being who speaks fluent English. Hooray!
Use Shipstation with two of the businesses I manage and couldn't be happier with the results. Phenomenal tool!

I wasn't sure I was going to get much out of Shipstation- I already used Endicia for shipping and I had no complaints. But a friend talked me into trying it and I am SO GLAD I did. The initial setup was a little complicated (not difficult, it just took some time) but I once I had everything up an running- wow, what a difference. I've finally achieved the streamlined, organized, efficient shipping workflow I'd always thought was just a fantasy.
There are way more awesome features than I could list here, but a few of my favorites:
I love the way Shipstation syncs with my sales channels so orders get marked as shipped, tracking emails get sent, and I can manage everything from one convenient dashboard.
I love that I get an alert when I have multiple orders from the same customer, and Shipstation allows me to merge the orders to ship together.
I love automation rules! No more weighing packages. I can't believe I spent years doing this stuff manually. I had no idea. This is a game changer.
The one missing link for me is inventory management- this app does everything else and the info and sales channel integrations are all there already, so it's a natural next step. (I hear they may be working on adding it.)
On a final note- I really appreciate how affordable Shipstation is. This is an app that is extremely powerful and full of advanced level features, but they have a pricing structure that allows even a tiny business like mine to take advantage of them.
Bottom line: if you sell stuff online, you owe it to yourself to try out Shipstation. You don't even know what you're missing!
Ship station is so great. I love how it incorporates all the tools I need to fill an order, prepare an order for delivery and ship. Its connection with Shopify is seamless. It is a huge time saver and I would recommend it to any small business.

I'm extremely happy with ShipStation overall. I wish I didn't have to jump through hoops to have my scale recognized every time, but other than that, it's an amazing service. Printing out FedEx labels on my Dymo XL is one of my favorite features.
Decided to try it for 30-days since I was busy with the shop... so glad I did! Super easy, takes minutes to ship orders once you set up your system, love how you can set "hot keys" for common orders.. takes me about 2 minutes to ship orders -literally as opposed to 10-20 minutes. Really like how you print label and print slip. Easiest and best tool!! A+++
I honestly can not say enough positive things about Shipstation and how it really has enabled me to increase my efficiency when it comes shipping out my products. I also love their UI and tracking elements, and again, their system is VERY easy for me to be able to streamline my shipping process.
I actually started out using Ordercup, and then switched over. There is NO comparison between the 2, Not to talk bad about them, but SS simply is a much more refined, easy to use, and simply more up-to-date system.
I also loved the fact that 3 days or so into my Trial, I received a call from Chris Gee on their Team, and he was just checking in to see how I was doing and if I had any questions, which I did. That in and of itself was nice, but what was better is I have built a great relationship with Chris and he does not mind it when I email him quick questions. That level of Customer Service for a online App is unheard of.
