misleading. not enough information to clearly indicate whats being offered. you should clearly indicate on your site that you dont provide insurance coverage when customers on shopify store put in a claim. that you just provide the app service and that the store with your app service is responsible for fulfilling their clients insurance claims. with that said, u guys have really good customer service. but your insurance offer is misleading and it lacks information to clearly inform the both the store owners and the store's cleints. for that reason, its not something id be part of.
Stop working on the Prestige theme, AGAIN. It charged hundreds of customers twice!
