I was referred to this retargeting app a few weeks ago - they take the hassle out of setup by creating the ads for your based on best selling products, and also auto-optimize the campings. My most recent campaign yielded $683 in revenue from $41 in spend. Try it!

After using it for 2 weeks, we saw an increase of 50% on our checkout. Great app and service.
I'm really liking this app. I wasn't too sure on the facebook ads set up and had dabbled a little without much success that I could tell. I installed the Shoelace autopilot and then had to wait until I had 100 tracked visitors which also seemed impossible at the time lol. I kept checking and they asked if I'd like to start a campaign with just 60 tracked visitors so i thought it can't hurt.
So I set up for $5.00 a day, which is ongoing. I can say I was nervous about this money as I don;t have a lot to spare. I set it to work and just checked back now and again. I wasn't seeing much activity and it got to just 4 returns to the website a few days in and i was beginning to doubt my decision.
Then I got a $54.00 sale and I checked the shoelace app and it had come from there. I was very happy. It proved it was working. I like that it keeps me in the faces of those who have proven to be interested without me spamming them about the store all the time.
Very happy overall and the support is great if you need it for set up etc.
I would not waste your money or time. I worked with Shoelace from July 2020-Sept 25th 2020. They ran several ad campaigns for me. I was spending around $1000/month on ads plus their monthly fee of $929 with an initial onboarding fee of $500. First off, my campaign manager was difficult to get in touch with, even though it says they will take one business day to respond. She would go missing for several days. This did improve when I emailed her manager to get a response. This happened several times. Secondly, it was difficult to get reports from her. I would ask how we are doing or what is our ROI and she wouldn't respond. We were barely getting any online sales. When I ran reports on how I was doing running my own ads compared to them running my ads...I was doing better on my own. My online sales while using shoelace were down 25%. When I emailed them about this and asked them for improvement on their part they replied with this ....."Over these past 3 months, a lot has been tried in terms of testing new and existing audiences, ad types, creatives etc. but there has been little success. The direct-to-consumer apparel industry is incredibly competitive, and competing with the big names in the e-commerce space has been getting tougher as everyone is moving towards online businesses and the busy holiday season is coming up." Then she asked if I would like to cancel and I did. This is not a company that showed me they cared about me as a client and my success as a company.

In terms of reports, those are typically sent on a monthly basis or to align with the last 30 days since this provides a clearer picture based on Facebook's attribution window. This app is great for retargeting ads and bringing customers to our site. Assistance is great and helpful!
This app will keep you in front of your customers and those that just visited. Great way to find them without a hassle. If they don't signup for your email marketing this is a solution.
