It doesn't work. We're getting a white screen of death when trying to create a new email campaign. Frankly, not surprised. It's somehow in the Shopify's DNA to blow feature launches :)

UPDATE: Seems to work. Looks good so far.

Can't send emails to people who've dissalowed email marketing, so we can't use it to warn people about the covid situation. Completely useless

Where's the automation?! I'm trying to setup an automated welcome email for new subscribers and there does not appear to be a way to do this. Am I missing something?

Please delete me from the list don't fatuate me, the bill of 27 euros we don't have the kjart when I open the account I thought that 1euro and not 27 euros please don't fatten me anymore

Shopify never disappoints. The email service is great ans seems to work well, but a few more customisation on emails would be more than welcome : showcase products, collections, more than 1 element per row would make this Shopify service extremely powerful

I liked it originally, but it seems to degrade over time. Now any link I include will not show up as blue and the receivers cannot link as I want. Also difficult with adding pictures. While I gladly pay the over 2500, I have exceeded that number and this may be the cause of my problems. Shopify so far has no answer to help me. Must I go to GMAIL in 500 sets each week's campaign?

We love this app. It's convenient and easy to use. We'd love to see some expansion and flexibility in the number of different emails allowed vs. the total number of emails allowed. We are a small instructional business and need to be able to send out multiple important emails before and after our online interactive classes to our students. Right now, we aren't given the option to purchase more but look forward to this app becoming a robust tool for Shopify users like us.

I have the same app on my other store and it was working fine (some time a go) Now on this shop I'm not getting any notifications by subscribing to newsletter. I'm not getting welcome emails .I'm not getting any emails with welcome discount code. I tried to sign up with 3 different email addresses but not a one got any kind of notification. It does show my subscribers and i can send emails manually . I checked forum and zillion people have the same issue since last year but no one give any kinda solution ? Can i have some help?
