I love the Shopify emails, especially the preloaded templates. They are quick and easy to design and review. It identifies when a link to your products or collections is missing. You can use your videos from YouTube or Vimeo.
I would like to be able to upload our videos that are not from youtube or vimeo. Other than that I feel everything is perfect.

Moved over from Klayviyo - this app is quick easy to use and when combined with Flow can pretty much do everything I need in an email marketing solution.

The biggest fail in Shopify's history? Well, Shopify you've been asking us merchants for months - "Are you ready for for BFCM?" Well, yes, I was - got all my extra stock in, extra employees for packing the orders next week - lovely. Then - Shopify Email decides not to work on Black Friday!!!!! Utterly shambolic. Yes, I was ready, but YOU weren't. This is inexcusable. Back to MailChimp for me now. You've literally cost me £1,000's in revenue. It is amateurish from you. Shame on you, Shopify.

I'm not really good at setting up emails to send out to customers but I do wish they were a little easier and there were more templates or ways to create different types of campaigns.

It's ok. There is some functionality that is missing. There isn't a section to add a navigation menu. I have to add a HTML code. I can't find any articles on information on the code itself or how to add the code. It's like Shopify wants us to spend $ with their partners for solutions that should be already provided to us. We are the partners. We are already spending money.
