Great app! And it is free!
The only thing is, maybe it can allow a bit more customisation.
Also, there are some bugs, like compare-at price sometimes does not show up in email templates.
I like using Shopify email over other apps. Can be used to segment, set up campaigns and more!
Works really well. I honestly prefer shopify email app over the fancy costly ones
super easy to create e-mails
The email app lets me keep in touch with every customer that has subscribed to my store whether they have bought something or not. It is a very helpful app that drives more traffic to your website.
So far it's helped me do the most of what i needed to inform clients or subscribers about news, updates, store changes etc
It has left me unsatisfied concerning the segregation i need to do on clients who haven't subscribed and need to be informed as a group urgently about something on their order, since their emails are not included in any list, but this is also a matter of GPDR and other terms and regulations. I hope they find a way to help us contact people in groups.
Overall it's super smooth!
Thank you Shopify for providing us this option. Other email apps are so costly, not affordable for small businesses.
Easy to set up and use, really happy so far.
Templates are HORRIBLE! Come on Shopify! You can do better than this.
It's soooo easy and perfect for the simple Shopify setup.
