An automated Thankyou email for new and repeat customers would be great to have with this. Newsletters are quick and easy to use.

Automated emails don't send, causing me to miss out on a number of sales. Shopify also can't fix it.

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we truly appreciate it. I understand there's been issues setting up an automated email workflow and I took a look at your account to troubleshoot what might be causing the problem. The 'Customer subscribed to email marketing trigger', which is used in our 'Welcome new subscriber' automation, only works with customers created through the Online Store footer email sign up form or the Shopify Forms app. Since there was a 3rd party pop up app adding customers within your account, the trigger did not respond to new customers created. I wish there was a way to include email workflows and such. But other than that, this app is wonderful.

I like this. But I would looooooove to be able to add a collection preview. I would also like to be able to insert recipient name.

The only sure thing that's great is that the merchant gets 2.5K emails, but you know what's so terrible about the shopify email? You cannot email your customers in the event there are refund concerns, delivery questions, or just emailing them to resolve any kind of issue. And the craziest part about this issue, the customer was refunded their FULL AMOUNT for their order, but shopify still kept the processing fee. I don't know whether to laugh or slap myself. Perhaps both while scrapping this app altogether. You know how much confusion and frustration has been experienced, and not to mention the inconvenience. All that money taken in, and we can't even get any extra tiny perk that would assist in bringing in more business. Just WOW!

You can use Shopify Inbox (https://bit.ly/3o7hdZz) to chat with your customers when they are on your store and if they leave the store, then it will send the reply via email, As for emailing customers directly, you can send emails directly through the order (https://bit.ly/3bTmgXN) from your admin.

App is really easy to use and really convenient since it was in the Shopify marketing. BUT it is an awful app to use if you have timed email exclusive sales with limited quantities and a high volume of customers. We launched our email at 10 AM and 1 hour later it notified us that it failed to email 95% of our customers 'due to a high bounce rate, usually because subscriber email addresses were not valid.' Out of nearly 10,000 email subscribers. We do not have this issue with our current emailing app. If you have multiple variants, you are unable to change the price to the correct variant in stock. Also the emails are very bland, but that wasn't a main issue.

I'm using this app to send newsletters and a BFCM campaign - it has some useful templates and you can schedule when it sends off! Plus reports on how everything is doing! You should get it even before you launch your store so you can start sending newsletters and emails to your subscriber from day 1! You have 3000 emails each month and if you need to send more; you pay a tiny price for each one - it's a wonderful plan! Don't forget to install it before you launch your store - that way you can email your subscribers that the store is already open and send your blogs too!
