Integration was super easy and considerably fast (2 months approx. including small customizations)
But I'm a bit frustrated with the actual App maintenance specifically on bugs and error fixing. My app has 4K push subscribers and 7K installations. My app has 649 error reports on Itunes Connect and I have users reporting specific issues login into their Shopify accounts from the app.
I submited a ticket and sent a couple emails they told me there will be a new version published to fix this but that didn't happen.
My ticket #143 was never replied.
This is frustrating.
