The worst experience ever. They uploaded the app with issues and old screenshots and then told me that I had to make my own screenshots. A sign of a business that's understaffed or using a small group to do everything. Please do not use this company for your mobile app, it's trash and a scam.

We’ve been using Tapcart as our mobile app builder for a while now, and it’s been a great choice. It allows us to build the app exactly the way we want, and if we need custom screens, the Tapcart team is there to help. They also provide support when it comes to planning and executing our app strategy.

It’s a great app, simply put — better than most other app builders. I just wouldn’t recommend their support. I run a B2B operation, and 98% of my customers are weekly repeat buyers who use their Favourites list to quickly add products to their cart. With the latest update a few months ago, there’s been a major bug in the Favourites list. When adding a product after the 24th item, the screen jumps back to the top and the list reorders itself. It creates a frustrating experience for my customers, and I’ve received multiple complaints. I’ve also shared videos that customers sent us. The only response I’ve received after inquiring was: “It might be best to instruct your users to use the wishlist feature through the browser on their mobile phones until this bug is fixed.” It’s been almost two months now.

4 months later, still nothing. I don't they've even bothered to look at this issue. If a simple can't be fixed, it beats to have an app at all. I've taken their recommendation and have instructed all of my customers to use the online website for the near future until we find a better app builder. Will not be working with them anymore.

Working with the Tapcart team was a genuinely great experience, and Jessica was a huge part of that. She was responsive, proactive, and easy to work with throughout our entire app launch process. If you're looking for a mobile app platform backed by a team that actually shows up for you, Tapcart delivers. Can't recommend them enough.

Our account manager Stacey truly goes above and beyond. She consistently keep us updated on the latest features and improvements, make sure we understand how to implement them properly, and are always available whenever we need support. Tapcart is great! Super easy to set up, extremely customizable, and well integrated with the rest of the Shopify tech stack. Our customers love it too. And our CSM is great to work with and super responsive. Highly recommend.

I love Tapcart! Firstly, my CSM is super attentive and quick to get in contact when anything arises! And the platform itself is a much more seamless experience for our customer and converts much better than traditional online store! Also being able to really modify the look/sections down to the nitty gritty top/bottom padding you want - is super helpful for people who aren't 'devs' but know what they need and want done - and can actually execute it themselves with the Tapcart customisations they offer. I love Tapcart - highly recommend to any Shopify user!

Working with Jacob our account manager and the tap cart team has been such a smooth and genuinely supportive experience. From the beginning, they took the time to understand our brand, improving our app layout, issues were fixed quick. Jacob has been reliable, clear and patient. By far the worse mobile app development experience we’ve had with anyone. They’re so confident with your product that they won’t let you cancel the 1K a month in fees. Won’t update our app. They gave us 5 different reps in one year. This was a real disappointment.

We’ve also shared the standard instructions for canceling your plan via email, should you prefer to proceed in that direction. For convenience, you can cancel your Tapcart plan by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Shopify admin.
2. Navigate to Sales Channels and select Tapcart.
3. Go to Account & Billing.
4. Click Subscription Details.
5. Select Cancel Subscription.
6. After cancellation is confirmed, fully uninstall the Tapcart sales channel from Shopify.

Let us know when complete, so we can ensure your billing is canceled as well.
