When I first conceptualize my app, I knew that I had to create the first version myself. I’ve been went on to hunt for at builders that were similar two weeks and square, having drag and drop capabilities.

For some reason when I first surged I decided against tap card, mainly because of the prices but also because of the features. I went on to use Buildfire was the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I never had more issues with a customer service team than I did with that company. After my trial with them, I immediately transferred to Buildfire which was my best decision yet!

I would recommend tap card to anyone in the world. Customer service is divine! I begin with a Eamon as my specialist and was then pushed to Val. BOTH of these humans having helped me TREMENDOUSLY and continue to help me when ever I need assistance on ANYTHING from app description to sign-up.

TapCart! You all have done a TREMENDOUS job and I hope you continue to grow, prosper and iterate! I have only ONE complaint. My sign up page is not working even after a “reboot” from the WONDERFUL Tapcart. I LOVE TAPCART!!! I would invest my LAST on TAPCART. I pray TAPCART has abundant success and continues in this path as you are doing as GREAT JOB!

I started looking into getting an app back in 2017 and whew, I wish I did it then. Why did I wait so long! They had me up and fully running in only 2 short weeks. I had tasks I had to do, if I completed them it was such a breeze but they took care of mostly everything. Val is AMAZING, 10/10 recommend her to get you started and then Christina will be taking over from here. I look forward to working with Christina on my growth phase. 10/10 recommend Tapcart. My only complaint is I wish it was based more on sales than just a flat fee especially in the beginning. It does push me to really grow this sales channel and I think it's a great implementation for the business however it would be great to have Tapcart grow with me instead of me walking into spending $1300-$1400 a month after the 2 month free trial. Other than that I recommend it all. Sign up. Do what they ask you to do. Don't miss a meeting. Watch how fast and awesome the team is! I definitely recommend!

Excellent on boarding and set up experience from Val and the team. App was built out very quickly and all suggestions were implemented fast too. Our app runs very smoothly and updates with our Shopify back end without any issues. We're on the enterprise plan and have extensive support and guidance with regular calls. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We used Tapcart to develop a mobile shopping app for Mirandafrye.com. While there aren't a ton of customization options, they do have excellent customer support and for the affordable price (in comparison to a custom app) it does the job! Customer support is always super quick to respond. Thanks for the help, Tapcart.

Highly recommend this app for any ecommerce stores looking to launch their own app. We were able to plan/design and launch our app within 2 weeks start to finish. Great team, great product.

I've been playing around with the app idea for quite some time. I've spoken to many apps here on Shopify that provide this service, and all of them were either missing a feature or two that was crucial to my business (such as live chat button, or my policies listed on the app), or they were open to adding those for me, but for a cost (as high as $9000 is what one of the apps quoted me).

If I were going to spend that much, i wanted to then hire my own developers and do my own app. With the holidays coming up and the busy season, I put it on the back burner.

But then somehow came across TapCart and was intrigued. I downloaded the trial and messed with it for a bit. I figured there was no harm in sending them a message asking about some of the features I wanted and there were two things that stood out to me the most:
1. they respond IMMEDIATELY. Music to my ears right there and then, because if there are ever issues in the future, I know they'll be there to assist right away. That's a huge plus.
2. They were accommodating in all of my requests. I even offered to pay them extra to implement those changes but they did them within a few hours! Very very impressive.

So my overall experience, absolutely AMAZING! Esp for the price that they are charging! Mind blowing!

You have got to get it! Thank me later.
