Only good for a store that sells one item. No discount codes can be applied which means volume breaks don't work.

Not formatted well for mobile. Lines cut off onto a 2nd level. If you have multiple delivery options they all stack and takes up alot of room instead of having a drop down or boxes option. Cant complain too much since its free but Shopify can do alot to improve it! Im not sure Im going to use it until its better formatted.

so far looks good with our site and very easy to manage, only issue is that it glitched and added the subscription buttons under the footer on top of already being in the product description like it's supposed to. been in touch with shopify support and apparently they're looking into it so hopefully it's fixed soon
Simple and easy to use, great addition to our store functionality
We have been waiting for this for ages and were so excited to see it finally launched, but the recurring charge does not include shipping in the total, so it is unusable.
Please add shipping to the recurring charge amount on the checkout page so customers (and shops) can see the total £/amount they agree to pay monthly.

Great and super easy to setup app, wish they released it million years ago. the only feedback i have is bit more customization for the widget itself, like that "Subscription policy" under the bordered box may confuse some thinking they are getting billed when they select one-time purchase, that copy needs to either get inside that box or better yet, show/hide when customer selects one-time or any ...
As a company with 90% of business as subscriptions, this is a crucial component to our business. We serve over 3,500 recurring customers, so we are quite familiar with this process.
