Shopify should really have this integrate into the draft orders as well, so we can take subscription orders over the phone or email. Overall it's good. I like that it's free unlike the appstle app.

Instantly failed the setup with missing hungarian translation in the widget (Translation missing: hu.no_subscriptions_warning_banner.message), and there is no place where I can manually create these translations.

Have not launched yet, but the onboarding is very smooth. Native Shopify menu of course, quick and easy addition of selling plan and frequencies (along with discounts per frequency).

Shopify calls subscriptions "Contracts" and shows up in a contracts sub menu.

Widget needs to be installed in theme, and the customer needs a way to access a portal - which Shopify has married to the new customer login 2.0

So far so good...

I wanted to switch from Skio but quickly ran into a show stopper: The delivery interval dropdown doesn't support days (my supplements come with a 45-day supply). I expected more from a company like Shopify.

I am unable to find where can I localize the subscription plan labels, for example, "Delivery every month, 10% off". I managed to localize everything except for those options.
