I waited to leave a review until I got a dozen Etsy sales so that I could see if everything worked okay, and it does! I am very happy with this app and the customer service! As I have been setting everything up, I've had to message Shirly a bunch with questions, and she's been super helpful. Order fulfillment is seamless. My Etsy orders show up with my Shopify orders and I just fill them as normal within Shopify. All tracking info is sent to the customer and its super simple. As far as I can tell, inventory synching is working well also! Just a few things to note about the app that I didn't understand when I started using it: - I just assumed that when I changed something in one of my Shopify listings, that it would sync with my imported Etsy one and vice versa. This is not the case. Once you import a Shopify listing to Etsy, no edits to either listing will sync to the other. (This isn't an issue for me. It was just an incorrect assumption on my behalf.) - In order to export listings from Shopify, you need to have a fixed shipping profile set up in Etsy. You'll need to export all of your products to that fixed shipping profile. Once they're exported, you can change the shipping profile to calculated if you would prefer, and the items will synch seamlessly. - This is an Etsy thing, not something specifically about this app: in Shopify, we allow our products to go into negative numbers as we make most of our products to order. This doesn't work with Etsy unfortunately. In order for a product to show as available on Etsy, the inventory has to be 1 or more, otherwise it will show as SOLD OUT. There's no option to "continue selling when sold out," like on Shopify. We changed all of our inventory to be +100, meaning if our inventory is 104, we have 4 items on hand. If our inventory is 98, we have -2 and need to make 2 of that item. Again, this is absolutely not a fault with this app, just something annoying we ran into when going cross-platform with our made-to-order products. And again, Shirly was really very helpful when I came to her about this issue.

You've explained about the app better than we do in all of our video tutorials :)
There are gaps between Etsy and Shopify Inventory management and we do our best to bridge it with so you will be able to sell both on Etsy and Shopify.

It works as it is supposed to. For now i will continue to pay for its use. Would really like to see it work better with out having to export and import all the time.

So far so good, it saves a lot of time compared to manual syncing. Wish it had more features for $19/month. Especially price sync where we can add a premium to the etsy price listing.

I use the app to update my inventory on Shopify from Etsy, and It works perfectly!
Plus the staff help me to set up my sync as I wanted, they were very helpful and responded to all my question.

I was looking for an app to manage inventory quantities between my Shopify and Etsy shops. This app is exactly what I've been looking for. The quantity in listings with the same SKU in both shops is updated when one of the listings either sells or I adjust the quantity myself which I do when product inventory arrives in my stock room. What won me over to use this app is that help is just a click away. Shirly answered every question I had and helped me get my shops set up correctly so the integration works seamlessly. This is a MUST-HAVE app for inventory management. 10-Stars, not 5.

I just went to enable cookies and next thing I know, inventory not even on Etsy has been removed. Wth???! I have many other selling channels and this totally removed all my listings.

Hey,
As discussed via email you are using the app more then a year and you are still using the it and mentioned that you like it. We never delete listings and you should only make sure to restoke on Etsy side when listing is on sold out status.

I use the app because there is no real alternative as of this writing. It works, slowly, and not always when you need it to - often to leading to oversells of products, which has happened several times over the last year. I've sold out on either Shopify or Etsy only to have the app not function properly and not correctly deduct the final inventory to 0 on the other sale channel - Etsy or Shopify. OR, if I ZERO out Shopify inventory manually, the app will often add a +1 to Shopify 15 minutes later. It still sees 1 on Etsy and thinks - "Ok, let me +1 to Shopify." Not awesome. This causes an oversell of the product, which exactly what I'm paying to prevent. It happens too frequently to keep track, as recently as July 1 - 7. Sold out on Etsy, no deduction occurred on Shopify, which sold it again later. :| Support/Shirly is quick to respond, and they are nice, but they don't have a solution as you can see by their response below.

You have been using our solution for more than a year and it seems that you are still choosing to use it :-)
Overall our solution relies on Etsy and Shopify . Every several months Etsy may release a new API or have issues that we don't have control over. When we find any issue we contact them and we need to wait for them to fix it.
Our solution is reliable and we always make sure that we are on top of each change and release.
