This app has been an effortless experience for us to keep up on customer issues. It is very intuitive and easy to use. We get a lot of questions because we have so many products and in the tool business, every little measurement is critical. We appreciate that we have control over what is published and what isn't. Some questions are just too stupid.

Excellent addition to my website. This app is clean and adds value to product pages. I have received 2 questions from product pages from customers since 2/15/17. I installed the app and placed it where I wanted on my page. However I was having some technical issues that Amit quickly fixed. I really like this app and highly recommend it! UPDATE 10/13/17 - This app is one of the best free apps out there. Great for giving customers a way to answer questions, which are then posted on the product page if approved by you. It looks good and flows well within my website. UPDATE 10/15/21 - The service is great. I updated my store to the latest theme and they updated their widget within 1 day. This app is so easy to install and use. It has helped us collect questions from our customers and be able to respond in a timely manner. We have not had any issues with the app at all. When we wanted some help with layout on our new theme and adding a button Simprosys responded quickly and handled it for us right away! Great service and app!
Since we started using this app (5 years ago) and it was a great help for us to know what exactly are the questions running inside the brains of our clients while they are browsing our product page, thus we update the product description accordingly, on top of that the support was super helpful when we were switching to 2.0 theme they took care of the switch.
