I do not add many applications to my Shopify template due to slowing down my load time but this application is worth the load time and customer support is excellent.

Customer service is very friendly and willing to create customizations on colors and placement of buttons! Turn around time for my special request was 24 hours and was greatly appreciated.

I love this app! It allows customers to ask real-time questions right on the product page while allowing me to post the question directly on the product page for new customers to see. Google is starting to pick up on these questions and ranking them in the top of search when someone is searching for that question. Really great app for advanced SEO!

I acknowledge that there was an issue for about 6 hrs on our servers of this app only.

We have fixed it. In fact, we learnt this lesson hard and have made the corrections in the process that led to this situation.

Otherwise, our apps are known to be best for loading and performance.

We were having problems uploading the feed files but Milan showed us to fix this. After that, it was a breeze!!

Great support with a set up issue we had. The functionality of the app is great and I can see this will help our customer's get the answers to often repetitive questions and take pressure off our customer service teams. Only been using it a week but it seems very good.
