After a small issue with not being able to get hold of support we did manage to get there. With the few questions I had easily resolved along with some minor adjustments to the standard template I must say that Simplio is by the far the best app for generating invoices. They offer what all the other apps offer and more in some cases for a much better value for money. We have been using Simplio since from the start originally just for pick up orders and now used for invoicing all our wholesale cliental. Everything we have needed it to do can be done and if you can't then there is a good chance support can.

We installed this app as we sell B2B and our customers needed access to VAT invoices. I can say that the app covers everything we need and more, but what I am most impressed about is the app service from the app developers.

We have an accounts app which at the time did not sync with this app to allow customers to download their invoices from their account - although simplio facilitates invoice downloads on the thank you page and emailed an invoice to each customer which is brilliant and so professionally done, I wanted to take the customer experience one step forward. Robert worked on this request with our account management app developer and to my amazement made this feature a reality! I was blown away that not only did these guys take the time to understand how much this would help our UX but then went and worked with the other app developers to make it happen on their own initiative!

I was kept up to date constantly and was made to feel like my business mattered.

Thank you guys, I honestly am so impressed with your service, your professionalism and just being genuine down to earth guys, one business to another helping us make great changes.

At stamplab.com.au, we've found the "Simple Invoice - Order Printer" to be quite beneficial. After setting up our preferences, it takes over and simplifies the process. It's not only affordable but has almost stopped the 'can I get a tax invoice' queries we receive (I suppose nothing will stop them entirely ). The flexibility it offers is comprehensive. We had a minor hiccup with credit notes, but their support team was on it quickly. A small feature we'd appreciate is the ability to edit the "shipping type" for local pickups. Overall, a solid tool that delivers.

I love love LOVE this app! Branding is very important to me and being able to customize my order invoices was a must-have. I love that this app is free until your store has grown enough to cover the cost of upgrading to the next level. Set up was a cinch and my invoices are on-point and unique to my shop now. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Top notch. Super easy to set up and use and gives my wholesale business a real professional look. It really makes a difference when you get confidence in something and I certainly have loads of confidence using this app. Support is great also. I had a small issue ( my own fault ) and Robert was very quick in getting back to me with his advice. Great app..

Really great app. Does everything we need and more. If you just need the basics then it's free. If you need auto invoicing for every order, that option is still decent value. Customer service is very quick and thorough. Definitely worth having a look.
