I don't right to many reviews but this app is good now. When i first added it i had some technical problems but the support team helped me out. Great look on the chart
Easy To Use. FREE. Sizing Charts are definitely a MUST for any apparel eCommerce store, and this one is amazing for the low, low price of $0.00.
I've been using this app for my size charts that are only on specific products and it does just that. With a simple tag in your product the size chart will link hassle free. Easy to use and straight to the point. However I did experience some troubles when installing it as I use the Shoptimized theme so an automatic install where you could choose the placements etc didn't work and I had to manually install it. Lucky with my knowledge of coding which is very basic I managed to install it right in the exact place needed. I would recommend that having a name in the first row eg Size that under that you should be able to to possible split the cell so you can have different measurements such as CM and INCHES with a clear space between them rather than adding separate cells or having to use a "/" to separate the two. Other than that, Great work!
The app seemed useful but when trying to set it up I ran into issues. Customer service was contacted but they never followed up with my request and provided absolutely no assistance. Shortly after leaving this review I was contacted by customer support. The service provided at that time was top notch. They were communicative and went above and beyond what was expected. Based on this I am updating my review to 4 stars from 2. The only reason it is not 5 is the fact that I had to leave the review in the first place.

As shown in the screenshot emailed to you, our technical support team did respond to your message on the same day you sent it. Our system shows the message was sent and read but as you did not receive this there must've been a technical issue. This app allows many size charts to be used and linked to the right products, a must for selling apparel and/or footwear. So simple to use and so efficient. Would be good if it also allowed an image to be added to each size chart to show how measurements are taken.

This app was fine at first. But after making two size charts I wasn't able to create any more. I want to download again but I'm worried I'll just encounter the same issue.

It's not too flexible to customize, but it is suffice for me to display size chart and works fine displaying it in mobile device.
I just added it, the installation is very convenient and looks very nice. But one thing is that the position it displays is below the description, if it can be displayed next to the size option.
Originally I gave this five stars. It gets the job done, but I don't understand why I:
a. Have to put a title above the size chart;
b. Why the title above the size chart is bold and in all caps
It really messes up the look of my description page having an all caps and bold title called "size chart." I don't know how to change this.
