We were using Ship Station before we found this amazing software. Skubana has taken the job of one or two people and automated it which reduced our company's stress and has made scaling easy. The implementation team was amazing, namely Brant McCarthy, who went above and beyond with solving issues unique to our workflow. Many issues that he helped with weren't his responsibility, but he gladly stepped in and made this integration easy and way less stressful. This is definitely the best software company that I have had the pleasure of working with. If I have the opportunity to recommend this software, I definitely will. Thank you Skubana team!!

Skubana is awesome. We have tried other systems to manage our inventory/orders and multi-channel fulfillment and Skubana is the best! Plus, our rep Ryan is fantastic at explaining and solving issues quickly for us.

We're just getting Skubana up and running and can already tell the level of detail and how well thought out every little piece of the puzzle that is Skubana is extremely well thought out and put together. They are always looking at ways to improve as well to become that one stop shop for a cloud based ERP system.

We have used several order manager systems in the past. StoneEdge, ShipHero and currently Skubana. It's fair to say switching systems is not an easy task and requires alot of game planning in advance. Going through this process, I would say we have extensive knowledge in setting up the flow.
Getting into Skubana, I would have to say it is the one of the best systems we have used thus far. That being said, all systems need a plan of action before launching and Skubana while easy to set up, the hardest part is knowing how you are going to use this software and tailor it to your business needs. If you batch ship thousands of orders a week and ship from your own warehouse, using this system correctly with barcoders software and setting up your orderbots properly, you can literally have a zero % ship error rate, save tons on shipping and run an efficient warehouse with less staff.
Skubana reports showing listing profitability, you can now see where you are losing money after 3rd party fees and shipping. (only flaw if you collect sales tax, Skubana does not recognize this yet and it is added to your order profit, but I think they are working on a fix) If you want to dig even deeper you can load in your bulk overhead costs (exclude shipping and platform fees as Skubana already calculates these numbers) and truly see after rent, salaries, ect. if you are profitable.
The only major flaw is the Returns process which does not allow you to process a return easily. The system is not set up to allow returned "new" items to be added back into inventory without and extra step. In addition we cannot process a return without generating and RMA 1st. Many times we just receive returns back, so this creates a flow hiccup. We have to handle returns as 3 step process. We process the return by adding notes in Skubana about the return, go to the platform to process the refund and then add the item back to inventory if new. This also creates a false report on profit as returns are not calculated in the way we do them. However we rely on Quickbooks for financials, so this is a minor oversight for the moment. If addressed by Skubana team, this would be a complete system.

Best all-in-one system I could find. We sell on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Bed Bath Beyond, Wayfair, Ebay, this software can do it all. Onboarding is long, but it is a complex system. Their support if great. Best feature - orderbots. It can help you automate pretty much everything. Skubana keep up great work and keep adding new features.

Wonderful onboarding by the Skubana team. They were thorough and comprehensive in both analyzing our pain points to determine if Skubana would even benefit us and in executing the onboarding process. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions, schedule weekly onboarding calls and re-arranging the schedule around our needs. Rudy our account manager is exceptional as well with tons of experience in the industry which is helping us understand our e-commerce potential in greater detail. Overall the system is sound and does what we need it to do. The team is expanding analytics and adding new tools all the time. We look forward to a long term relationship with Skubana. Thank you!

We have been using Skubana for a few months now, and we are very happy with how it's working so far. The order-routing functionality has helped us automate a lot of our workflows (splitting orders by inventory availability, routing orders by geography, etc.) and has reduced / eliminated the need for our team to manually manipulate orders. It has also been a great value-add to organize all of our different sales channels and has made it easier for our CX Team to check order statuses and inventory availability.
