This is a very easy-to-use and straight forward app. Perfect for quick automatic or manual email marketing. The chat option makes it easy to ask for help from the support team.
Brilliant app, the most easiest i have used by far, set up an email within 10 minutes, simple and effective.
I probably didn't get the best from the trial with it being January when things are tight, but will use further into the year.
Great app and very easy to use. Even better customer service:) All around i've been very happy with everything:)
So far so good, the app was super easy to set up and the customer support was readily available. They even provided a free onboarding session to walk me through it and answer any questions that I had. My emails are going out as scheduled and look clean and professional. The only complaint is that I wish the opt-in email image area was adjustable, looks a bit small. otherwise no complaints so far.
I use it for automations. It's quite customizable and it's user friendly. The only thing is that it takes me longer to set up emails than with other apps because of all the options or steps. If it was even simpler I would use it for all the newsletters. I also thing I cannot track the conversion from the emails send from this app because it's not natively integrated- Perhaps I'm wrong! Anyway I would recommend it and I'll keep using it :)

Great except for these issues:
1. When I duplicate a newsletter, the size of images and border colors of buttons are different from the original newsletter. I've reached out several times and have been told to create from template. What is the purpose of the duplicate newsletter feature then?
2. When I duplicate a newsletter, it doesn't appear in the "Drafts" tab.

Thank you for your feedback, it looks like you experienced an issue with the "Copy as draft" option. The behavior described here is not the way SmartrMail is supposed to work, thank you for reporting this. As mentioned by our team through our in-app chat, this issue in your account was fixed on the 11th of September, allowing all your future "Copy as draft" actions to work as expected. We needed a new marketing email service and SmartrMail is by far the best we have used. They respond within minutes if you email them with any questions regarding their app. I would highly recommend using SmartrMail!!!

Great tool. Excellent customer service.
Changed over from Mailchimp (used this app for approx 6 years).It is a lot quicker and easier to use! Although a bit more expensive but we can justify this with saving time.
We also have the option to do a one to one mentoring so that we can learn as much as we can and get the most our of our database.(Mailchimp never gave us this opportunity so we had to teach ourselves).
The only thing we would ask is that Smartrmail bring in the option to put emojis in the subject line like Mailchimp as it helps create a EYE CATCHING email which is SOOOOOOO important when sending an Email out!
So overall.....so far so good!
