I am new to the business and was a bit apprehensive until I found Smoke Drop. They have a great catalogue of quality products and an extremely user-friendly set-up. Maybe even better than that, is their customer service. Carly is amazing at her job, very knowledgeable and she really cares about her customer base. I highly recommend this app!

5 stars so far but only here to speak to Carly's kindness. She graciously extended our trial to help us better test and we're looking forward to working with her moving forward. Will change the review if the platform disappoints, but awesome selection so far and very impressed with the simplicity.

We had a great experience with Smoke Drop. First of all, they gave us an extended trial which helped us a lot in these hard pandemic times. Carly was exeptionnal as a customer service representative, giving us quick and professionnal responses to our inquiries. It definitely made our experience better. Even if we had some issues at times (which we understand), we knew we would have Carly's help to find a solution. Thank you! In the end, there product selection did not fully meet our needs, but I would definitely recommand this app.

I haven't used the app yet, but the idea is very cool. Shyn, the customer service representative, has been very helpful explaining to me how it works. And I'm looking forward to trying it. I hope it will work as well as they promise :) Thank you.

Smoke Drop has to be acknowledged to be a great app that boosts “more” after each product added, as it’s an inexhaustible source of great products,and that’s exactly what someone who makes and runs Head Shop

I especially want to warn You about Carly, he is a Person who surprises You by E-mail and asks you after you have not send him a answear whether everything is OK, where it is stuck, he is interested in Your problem and offers detailed instructions on what and how to do to resolve a problem,
links o videos with explanations... And just when you have no will to answer anything to anyone out of pain and thinking about the problem-mail from Carly :)
From one Carly he became my favorite new Friend and here I thank Him for his help, patience and desire to help me - which he did .Thanks Carly, without You and without Your devotion to the individual everything would be different.This can be also viewed from the rewiews from other users of this great application to which You also left the impression of a good friend!
And in the end, I would just like to say this: If the store with this app and everything it offers doesn't make enough to gladly pay that $ 99, which is definitely worth this kind of help - you shouldn't be doing anything in this business at all.

Great app so far, grat staff one issues today where my orders arent showing in SMokeDrop, but also how are all you guys advertising the products
