Well what can I say, this app works wonderfully on our site and the support team behind it are excellent. Their response is quick and they can't do enough for you. We wanted something doing that the app didn't do and they accommodated us in a very timely manner.
I can't recommend Sparq enough. 5 stars from us, thank you to the whole team.

I can't contain my excitement about the amazing service I received! Previously, I was using a different search and filter app, but I had to switch because it didn't fully support my new theme. Super customer service, super app!
They met all my requests and tailored the filters according to my needs.

Tried to charge me $600 USD a month for some filters. Anyone with a larger inventory is going to save metric tons of money just paying their own developer. Seems exploitative of those that don't have the best handle on tech.

Not able to complete the onboarding process, always shows an error “ Oops, something went wrong” within the app panel and not shopify admin… still room to grow it i think. Will keep reaching out to support to get help

- Support Requests: Despite your claim of reaching out to our support team, we have found no record of any correspondence or request from your end.

- Error Message Discrepancy: Our app does not display the message "Oops, something went wrong" within its panel. Our technical team has confirmed this after a comprehensive review.

We've had a lot of issues trying to get the filters to look like we'd like them to look - mainly because of how we've setup up the tags within Shopify. The live chat team have been very helpful and responsive. They've managed to fix all the issues we were having within a few minutes of contacting them.
