We have been using the Addons app for about a month. We have already seen an increase in customers purchasing the suggested items from the Addons section. The original set up was very easy (the app support does it all). Customer support has been responsive and helpful. We use the collections and the individual product addons. Both are easy to use.
We love this app and the team. I think they continue to try and improve their app to make it easy for us to use, and it shows in their prompt customer service.
Product Add Ons enabled us to easily give recommendations with our entire product line. We were able to not only modify the look and functions to better fit with our existing tools, but the Product Add Ons development team was happy to assist us with some customization help and had a change request done in 24 hours for us
Customer service has been fantastic! They helped us customize the app exactly how we wanted, all during our free trial. The interface is very user friendly but could use a few more options built in so as to avoid lots of custom coding. Overall the app has been very beneficial to our website and would recommend it.
