I got on the Empire plan that doesn't let you sell to Amazon, Google Shopping, eBay, and isn't integrated with FaceBook. These are my major selling places, and their customer service doesn't have any idea of what's going on. I've talked to several people that can only try to give me an answer by having me wait for someone else. I went from AliExpress to here because I wanted to have an American influence, but the ended up finally being told that I would be in competition with the manufacturers by trying to sell on these platforms.

We hope to provide a service across diverse platforms soon but currently Spocket is compatible with Shopify and WooCommerce exclusively at the . moment. However, please know that we are in the process of expanding it to other platforms, including personal brand channels!

So far, so good, but I'm yet to test the platform's advantages and downsides, though. I guess Spocket's main advantage is its wide variety of products from the U.S. and Europe, which are vastly different from the usual and widespread chinese fare you find in other marketplaces.

I have uninstalled the app due to a few usability issues:
- Navigation thru Vendors is prey limited.
- Products titles, description, and other info is completely messed and in some cases, and cannot be used.
- A number of smaller, but very annoying issues.

I have uninstalled the app from Shopify, however, I was charged again after 1 month for the service. Customer service was not helpful it all (put me in ignore mode). I have filed a dispute with PayPal.

UPDATE: John from Spocket contacted me on the same day and resolve the issue in a polite and professional manner.

So they have "US Suppliers" with a sneaky disclaimer saying that the item will ship from China if showing OOS. Got the free trial, made a sale, made the purchase of the item, and it comes from China, I could have place the order myself on Aliexpress and save the extra fees and overpriced item for "US Supplier". Another thing, if your work with capturing orders manually because as a business you can fulfill them 1st , they wont let them sync to their system.

Pretty simple to use great products integration was fairly easy as well as adjusting item details so wish they onboard the retail price not the price i pay

Easy to use, a bit expensive for a very low budget drop shippers especially for who have high exchange rate, great features, great feature to provide a branded invoice, too many choices, thanks for creating this app
