Springbot

Couldn't agree more with Tuner Tools below, if you have an app like Omnisend downloaded and are comfortable creating your own emails and "abandoned cart" emails, etc then SpringBot offers you no advantage.

Communication was poor and delivery deadlines they promised were not met. Delivered emails was poor quality and lacked marketing expertise.

Fabulous Customer Service. The entire team has truly jumped in with both feet to help us and made the learning period of using Springbot actually fun and easy. Kristen, Jared, Matt and Lang have been phenomenal through the whole process. I never have to worry about what I will do if I have an issue or problem. Someone is always there to respond or answer questions in a timely manner. All of the team has been very personable and kind. Truly a class act company with outstanding staff.

5 stars for their support. They are extremely responsive to any questions you might have.
As they grow, I would like to see them become a bit more robust in their offerings - specifically in their offerings of strategy for fledgling companies.
Also, not sure about the reporting. It never seemed to be perfectly on point. The email open/clicks/conversions seemed to be ok...but the other reporting didn't always make sense.
Other than that, a great affordable way to keep all your marketing in one place

We started using Springbot about 6 months ago, and have been very happy with the results. First off, their Customer Service is fantastic, they are very responsive and I feel like we have a true partnership. We work directly with Andrew Foah and he is extremely attentive to our business. We have grown our email list significantly through their services, and their analytics are outstanding. The Springbot platform lets us do all the things that a big e-commerce business does, but at a fraction of the cost, and with a lot of helpful support along the way.

We started using Springbot about a year ago and have seen some impressive results. If you aren't doing retargeting or FB campaigns with them you should be. Definitely our biggest bang for buck as far as advertising goes. It takes some time to get everything set up and running properly but once you do your business will skyrocket. Their FB service sounds expensive but it's so worth the investment especially if you are not social media savvy. Even if you are savvy they will take a lot off your plate and do it better than you ever could. Thanks Rachel and Nichole for all that you do for us!

We have been using SpringBot for about 4 months now and we couldn't be happier with the level of service we've received from whole team. We mostly make use of AdRoll and the Facebook Managed Services and we have seen great results from both.

As others have mentioned, it would be nice to see more functionality in the Social Hub. Undoubtedly, there are limitations with each of the social media companies that makes it difficult, but I'm confident SB will continue to work on it and improve the offering over time.

Springbot has been such a great tool for our business! The amount of data we are able to collect and use is outstanding (not to mention other features like automatic social posting, email creation, trackable links, adrolls, and so much more)! We have worked closely with Andrew Foah who goes above and beyond as our point of contact to Springbot. He is quick to respond (even though we are on the other side of the country), is extremely helpful and makes sure to complete all things that are asked of him in an extremely timely manner. After initially being highly sceptical and nervous about letting Springbot 'harvest' our data, I've had a really great experience with Springbot. Having training sessions every week with Darby allowed me time to get to grips with each new section we'd gone through the previous week and I'm now set up with my account manager, Rachel. We've already seen returns on the adroll and triggered emails and I look forward to continuing the upward trajectory. Darby has always been incredibly helpful in adapting the service to our needs and not pushing sales for added extras that aren't relevant to our business.
