The thought of manually entering all of our inventory into our Shopify store was completely daunting and we kept putting it off. Then we stumbled upon Squaresync and decided to give it a shot. We were hesitant to spend the $ on it but I swear it's worth every penny! All of our inventory is carried over and I don't have to spend hours upon hours doing it myself! Thea was a huge help when I was having a minor issue getting our locations connected - she fixed it immediately and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much!

**UPDATE: We've been using this for a while now (6 months or so?) and we still love it. I just got off of live chat with Joseph and he answered a dozen questions for me. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can't recommend this app or company enough. :) Thanks again!

I had a issue with my inventory not syncing due to my own fault and customer service was quick to help and get my inventory realigned properly.

Angelica has been extremely responsive and helpful. The application itself is confusing to me and is not very user friendly in my opinion, but Angelica has been patient in assisting me with getting my account set up for over 3 hours now. Great help!

I have been working with Thea to sync my products, my inventory, and contact names to Square. She is absolutely fabulous to work with.

Thea is very professional, courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable about how to expedite this process for me. I felt very confident with her on the way she has communicated with me along the way to get the project done for me.

I was quite uncertain how this would carry over & it is very important to me to accomplish this. SHe recommended I relax while the process is completing - this was the BEST ever becasue I am always so nervous to do anything like this with my website. I want it done w/o flaws - totally made me feel extremely confident !

I highly HIGHLY recommend Thea as an exceptional rep! She is the best !
